Freak pop musical artist ÅNGEL 004 is glitching across the U.S. on two back-to-back tours this summer. In May, she was joined by Los Angeles-based electropop artist Klypi for the "West Coast Whip" tour. In June, she is joined by Klypi and self-described Earth pop artist NO.AH for the "ERR0RS" tour of the East Coast, Midwest, and South.
ÅNGEL 004 is accompanied on both tours by violinist Julia Mandel and by a full band and dance troupe for shows in New York and Louisville. Both tours were booked in collaboration with the booking agency and creative collective Between Booking. "We believe we are stronger as a team and we have had a blast being a traveling bill," she said.
Louisville locals might remember seeing ÅNGEL 004 floating through town for a series of pop-up performances in a U-Haul over Kentucky Derby weekend. On Sunday, June 15 at 8 p.m., ÅNGEL 004, Klypi, and NO.AH will be joined by special guest Daddi Frankie for their Louisville show at Whirling Tiger. The show will be produced and hosted by the DIY art and music collective Wandering Treehouse as both an LGBTQ Pride celebration and a fundraiser for Out Loud Louisville.

Out Loud Louisville is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that empowers girls, trans people (regardless of gender identity), and gender nonconforming youth to explore music-making in an inclusive, supportive environment. The organization offers programming that nurtures self-confidence and encourages collaboration. "When kids have accessibility to express themselves, there’s more love and art in the world," ÅNGEL 004 said. "And that is always the goal."
