Louisville Zoo Celebrates Elephants Mikki and Punch

This weekend, April 19 and 20, the Zoo will honor its cherished elephants, Mikki and Punch, with memories and a series of activities. Visitors can enjoy keeper talks, sign a card for Mikki and Punch, participate in a painting project, create elephant origami and learn about favorite elephant memories submitted by Zoo guests. Later this spring, the Zoo will bid a fond farewell to Mikki and Punch as they embark on their next adventure at The Elephant Sanctuary in Hohenwald, TN.
