THE GOLDEN THREAD

The Kentucky Rural-Urban Exchange celebrated a decade of building connections to bring Kentuckians together at their Golden Thread event at the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts. The Golden Thread is an annual forum gathering visionary leaders from various sectors to foster unity across cultures and communities in the Commonwealth. The event featured remarks from the Secretary of State, performances by Kentucky Youth Poet Laureate Amy Roblero Perez, an Appalachian folk collaboration between dancer Carla Gover and musician Randy Wilson and much more.
