Heitzman Traditional Bakery and Deli hosted an open house event where friends, family and many longtime customers enjoyed great food and incredible company. Heitzman Bakery has been in the Louisville community for 135 years and continues to be run by the Heitzman family. The bakery creates donuts, kuchens, danishes, muffins, hand crafted wedding cakes and hot breakfast sandwiches.
