Scene & Snapped: This week in parties, the annual Saint James Court Art Show Gala was held as a benefit for The Cabbage Patch Settlement House, Inc., the Louisville Zoo held the “World’s Largest Halloween Party,” many of the most well-known names in the car collector community traveled to Churchill Downs during the fifth annual Louisville Concours d’Elegance and Wendy and David Novak along with Yum! Brands hosted the 1960s Flashback Ball at the Kentucky Center for African American Heritage.
