2 oz. Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage Bourbon ½ oz. Simple Syrup 1 oz. Peach Puree 4 Mint sprigs Muddle mint and simple syrup. Then, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
