Herradura Ginger and Spice
1 1/2 oz. Herradura Reposado 1 oz. lime juice 1/2 oz. Herradura Agave Nectar 4 oz. ginger ale 2 jalapeno peppers Muddle jalapenos in shaker and add all other ingredients. Roll to mix. Fill Collins glass with ice – strain mixture into glass. Garnish with a jalapeno.
The Mint Jubilee
1 oz. Chambord Vodka 1/2 oz. Lemoncello 1/4 oz. Crème de Violette 1/2 oz. POM Cherry 1/4 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice 3 oz. soda Mix first five ingredients in a shaker, pour in glass and top with soda.
