Scene & Snapped: This week in parties, ladies enjoyed chocolates and a fashion show at Ladies Night at Volare, Churchill Downs jockeys and team members delivered toys to kids at Kosair Children’s Hospital, racing fans attended the second annual White Party during Downs after Dark and concert-goers braved the heat at WFPK’s Waterfront Wednesday.
