The third annual Flyover Film Festival flew into town recently, bringing with it many new, provocative and exciting films, shorts, music videos and programs. While this may not be Park City, Utah (Sundance), Telluride, Colo., and especially not Cannes, France, the Derby City has been gaining huge momentum in the eyes of the international world of independent film.
