Early Times Mint Julep
Crush a few mint leaves in the bottom of an 8-ounce glass, then fill with crushed ice. Add one tablespoon of simple syrup and one tablespoon of water. Add 2 ounces of Early Times. Stir gently until glass frosts. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig, sip and enjoy.

When it launched its first Mint Julep artist contest, Early Times wanted someone who could capture the true spirit of all things Derby. After receiving dozens of entries from across the country, Early Times found Marita Walizer.
Early Times Pussycat
1-1/2 ounces Early Times 354 1/2 ounce amaretto 2 ounces orange juice 1/2 ounce lemon juice Lime slice Pour ingredients over ice in a short tumbler. Stir. Garnish with a lime slice.
