Six local culinary experts joined forces in the kitchen to prepare a multi-course meal as part of the “Chefs For Hope” fundraising dinner, held March 2 at Big Spring Country Club.
New entrees at Asiatique include ginger crusted wolf fish, edamame, baby carrots and shiitake cream sauce; rendang marinated angus rib eye, hainan risotto and orange brulee sauce; and honey and cumin scented duck, pickled root vegetables and persimmon and ginger sauce.
