I have a problem on my hands here.

Literally.

I am currently obsessed with long (but not toooooo long), obnoxiously decorated fake nails. No, I’m not the kind of girl who works at King Burger and tells people how ruuuuuude they are.

Though in my defense, nails are making a comeback. Lana Del Rey and Rihanna have both been seen rocking the dangerously sexy pointy claw-like nails. How these girls manage to type or pick up things is beyond me. But that’s what personal assistants are for.

Yet, I am still but a peasant and cannot afford someone to do mundane tasks for me. I’ve come to love the temporary indulgence of press on nails, specifically these by Impress. They last about five days to a week and come in some pretty neat designs. In fact, I’m wearing the spiderweb design as I type this. Trying to keep it festive. And the best part is, for around seven or eight dollars, I can afford a new set every week.

Sorry I’m not home right now I’m walking into spiderwebs. Leave a message and I’ll call you back.

I will admit it does take a little bit of adjusting at first. Zippers are a challenge. It’s all about the pad of the finger. And yes, sometimes I look like a ghetto fabulous diva when I’m texting on my phone. Especially when I’m chewing gum.

Try it out if you feel so inclined. Have it your way…but don’t get crazy.
