Sullivan University student Kendall Knies won the American Culinary Federation’s Southeast Student Chef of the Year Award after competing live against two other students at the ACF 2013 Southeast Conference, held March 1 through 4 at the Louisville Marriott Downtown. As the regional winner, Ms. Knies will take on her regional counterparts for the national title and $1,000 in Las Vegas during a competition held July 21 through 25.
