Sullivan University student Kendall Knies won the American Culinary Federationâ€™s Southeast Student Chef of the Year Award after competing live against two other students at the ACF 2013 Southeast Conference, held March 1 through 4 at the Louisville Marriott Downtown. As the regional winner, Ms. Knies will take on her regional counterparts for the national title and $1,000 in Las Vegas during a competition held July 21 through 25.
