The indoor/outdoor you are working everything body and mind. Thank you for your program it is what Kim needs to release stress from her job. I loved the building and completely enjoyed walking around what a beatiful spot. To think they maybe would of torn it down. It is all about the love of restoration. We are working on that in our small community on the St. Lawrenence River, Cape Vincent, New York. Unfortunately we do not have a Fitness Center anywhere for 35 miles and it is the YMCA. Walking here along the river is great. Take care have a great Spring. I look forward to my next trip to your beatiful city.
