Try this delicious fresh version of the Mojito at The Voice-Tribune’s Third Thursday After-Work Party June 16 at Captain’s Quarters.
- 2 parts Bacardi Superior Rum
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 lime in wedges
- 2 tablespoons Master of Mixes simple syrup
- club soda
- crushed ice
In a large glass, muddle fresh mint leaves and lime. Cover with simple syrup, top with ice. Add BACARDI Rum and top with club soda. Stir well. Garnish with sprig of mint and lime wedge
