		<description>I know...right?  It seems as if ignorance is bliss. :(  I saw a beautiful golden retriever panting like crazy in a truck with the windows cracked at the hospital the other day.  It was parked in the shade, so I guess that the owner thought it wouldn&#039;t get too hot.  I was so sad for him.  His eyes seemed to beg me to do something.  I called the authorities and waited...and waited...and waited.  The owner came back out before the authorities did.  It&#039;s disheartening!  But we have a voice, and I definitely use mine. :)</description>
