Sam is a lovely 2-year-old cat who was found with an injured leg and several bite wounds. After arriving at the shelter, he went into foster care and recovered quickly. His foster mom says, “He loves to be close and will often sleep on the bed or sit in my lap when I’m working on the computer or reading.” Sam loves puzzle games for cats and is an excellent candidate for clicker training to learn tricks. He gets along well with other cats but does have a tendency to subtly try to be the dominant cat in the home. All he needs now is a lifelong loyal human companion. For more information on Sam or to see other adoptable pets, visit the Animal House Adoption Center, 3516 Newburg Road, or contact LMAS at 502.473.PETS (7387).
