Homer and his sister Maggie were seen by an animal lover as they were trying to cross a busy section of Shelbyville Road with their mother and brother. Thankfully, all three kittens and the mother were rescued, and Homer and Maggie are now at Animal Care Society, 12207 Westport Road, waiting for new homes. Homer is very playful but still enjoys frequent energy-restoring catnaps. Maggie has the outgoing personality; she loves to ‘talk’ and be held. To find out if Homer or Maggie would be a good fit for you and your household, just stop by the shelter and ask to meet them, or visit www.animalcaresociety.org.
