The beginning of the new year is time to reflect and make positive changes we need in our lives. It’s the time when gyms and fitness centers become crowded and patience becomes a virtue.

Taking the time to pamper yourself often leads to a clearer mind, which results in a happier you.

Making small changes may work best for your lifestyle. Over-committing and making unattainable setting goals can result in disappointment.
