Feisty fashion designer Lilly Pulitzer’s claim to fame began with a simple lemonade stand in 1960. But it was her effortless classic shift “juice stand uniform” that acquired lasting attention and drove her to create her hugely popular fashion line.
Louisville is home to Peppermint Palm, one of 77 Lilly Pulitzer Signature Shops in the country. Located in The Vogue on Lexington Road, the boutique sells sassy prints and dazzling colors that represent Pulitzer’s native Palm Beach and make transforming into a sophisticated, beach babe a cinch.
