Merci Boutique
After much success with Fleur De Lis Interiors Accessories & Gifts, located in Chenoweth Square, owner Connie Schleuning decided in March to open another shop next door, this time focusing on her love for fashion.
Schleuning occupied the space, formerly filled by a wine store, with vibrant, top designer attire fit for nearly any age – from 20 to 80 years old – and comes in a variety of sizes. “Our idea was (to cater to) a mother and a daughter, so someone (young) and someone (old) could both come in here and find something,” Schleuning said.
Britt Ryan and Nanette Lepore are just some of the colorful, trendy labels offered at Merci. The boutique also provides the best in baubles from local designers W&M Custom Jewelry and Coquettish Designs. If you’re one to borrow Mom’s wardrobe, now you can share in her shopping experience at Merci Boutique, fit for all women of every style and size.
