Interview By MIRANDA ROGERS MCDONALD
The Chic Sheet
Fashion is a form of expression and a portrayal of your individuality. Fashion is not only expressed in your clothing style, but it also shows in your home décor choices as well.
How do you describe your style?
My style changes daily, depending on my mood, but I would say it’s more classically chic.
What are your favorite pieces?
This is always changing as well, however, I always love my jewels! I currently love to pair my chunky pave-linked bracelet with my Michael Kors watch and a spiked bracelet. I also love my mint Tory Burch handbag.
Where is your favorite place to shop?
I’m a boutique shopper! However, I don’t get away from my store very often, so I enjoy shopping when I travel. One of my favorite places to shop for home décor is the outdoor antique market that is located in Chicago and Atlanta.
Who is your fashion icon, and why?
I absolutely love Blair’s style from the blog Atlantic Pacific.
I also admire Jackie Kennedy Onassis, because her style is sophisticated, feminine, glamorous and classic.
Do you carry any local designers in your boutique?
We love our local designers! We carry Derby hats by Britni Lynn Knable of Headcandi, gorgeous pieces by Lulubelles and beautiful handmade jewelry by W&M as well.
