To me, preparing low-fat or low-carb meals is beyond my skill set.  I’m not blessed with the ability to just “throw something together” from the ingredients (or lack of) in my fridge or pantry.  I’ve always been amazed how some of my girl friends and even guy friends can pull that off.  It’s hard enough for me to put together a regular meal nonetheless a “healthy” meal with the right balance of nutrition, so I’ve been using this home service called Home Cuisine.

It always amazes me how quickly our bodies adjust to exercise.  Sure, it’s hard work at first and it’s not fun, but we’re blessed with the ability of our muscles to build mass and memory in a short amount of time.

I was told I wouldn't be hungry because I'll be eating well-balanced meals three times a day...well, my body didn't get the message.  At least, for the first two days.
