Hearing Rascal Flatts sing the National Anthem at Churchill Downs was a real downer. I don’t care how popular they are. Where were their manners? Where were they raised?

St. Francis student saves baby opossum

A baby opossum was discovered swimming in the rainwater in a garbage can at St. Francis School last week. The seventh graders take turns playing with the younger children at morning recess and one of them, Kyle Muennich found the possum frantically swimming, getting tired and on the way to drowning.
