The Potter Boys’ Tailgate Party
University of Louisville and Kentucky Wildcat fans weathered the rain during tailgating, before the Cards beat the Cats 32-14 inside Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium.
Two hours before – and, again, after – the Battle of the Bluegrass, brothers Art, Dennis and Mike Potter threw what they call the “tailgate party of all tailgates” out of an old retired Tarc bus, revamped with UofL-themed decor and a nice-sized bar. They also enlisted the Walnut Street Rhythm and Blues band for a performance at their tailgating spot, located directly east of Pole No. 4.
