The Brain Ball
The Brain Injury Alliance Of Kentucky and the Varga family hosted the tenth annual Brain Ball, themed “Follow the Yellow BIAK Road to the Land of Oz,” Nov. 9 at the Seelbach Hotel.
The elegant evening began with a cocktail reception and silent auction, followed by dinner, a live auction and the presentation of the Mary Varga Award to this year’s recipient, Jennifer Hornback.
As the night wore on, those attending danced away in the Wicked Witch’s Lounge, which featured “Ruby Sipper” cocktails by the Master of Ceremonies, Tim Laird, and music by DJ TKelt.
