Steve Wilson and Laura Lee Brown hosted a Sneak Peek at 21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati for close friends Dec 1.
The evening began in Gallery One with cocktails, followed by dinner in the Main Gallery and a menu by Metropole Executive Chef Michael Paley, who left Proof on Main this summer to assume his new role at the Ohio venue.
Guests enjoyed Puree of Celery Root Soup with bacon, crème fraiche & roasted oysters; Fireplace Pear Salad with poached beets, scallion, goat cheese & pistachio; Woodland Farm Pork Confit with charred leeks, celeriac puree, thyme & chestnut honey; Lake Ontario Walleye with flageolet beans, milled tomato & sofrito; and Jarred Chocolate Mousse & Metropole biscotti.
After dinner, guests enjoyed dancing and enjoying the view of the Cincinnati skyline from the hotel’s rooftop deck.
