Lobster Feast 2013

A sophisticated, playful crowd filled the grand ballroom of the Louisville Marriott Downtown for Lobster Feast 2013: Sunny, Sassy South Beach, held Feb. 9.

Presented by Herradura Tequila, the signature fundraiser for Actor’s Theatre of Louisville was sold out once again, with more than 1,000 spirited attendees who donned costumes and apparel to fit this year’s South Beach theme.

The multi-layer stage and dance floor, set up in theatre-in-the-round format, lent a unique and exciting vibe to the party. Guests enjoyed a dinner buffet, great cocktails, a silent auction, endless lobster served by the friendly Marriott staff and complimentary valet service at the Louisville Marriott Downtown.

During dinner, a live auction featured fantastic prizes, such as a private dinner for 10 with Chef Edward Lee and 10 days in paradise under the Tuscan sun. Once everyone had their fill of the delicious lobster and buffet, the crowd cut loose on the elevated dance floor to close out the evening.
