Over eighty children with disabilities took the spotlight to let their inner and outer beauty shine at the 10th annual Kids Center Fashion Show, held Nov. 17 at Dupont Manual High School.
Children who signed up for the event picked out whatever outfit they wanted to wear from Macy’s, a few weeks before the show. Families were able to keep the outfits thanks to sponsors from the community.
Proceeds from the event, which included the show, a silent auction and refreshments, will help the Kids Center keep its vow to never turn away a child due to finances.
