Kids Acting Against Cancer

| January 19, 2012

Kids Acting Against Cancer (KAAC) presented Rodgers and Hammerstein’s “Cinderella” on Jan. 14 at the Kentucky Center for the Arts.

The non-profit raises money by putting on musical productions to help the fight against cancer. Jaclyn and Whitten Montgomery founded the organization out of a dream to help kids and their families suffering from cancer. They were inspired by their mother, Sandy, who was diagnosed with an incurable form of non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Their mission is to help find the cure.

KAAC has raised close to $300,000 since it became a charity organization in 2000.
