Julia Carstanjen invited friends to join her for her second annual Derby Hat and Tie Exchange at her lovely home in Prospect.

Julia began throwing this unique party as a way to bring friends together prior to the hustle and bustle of Derby week for a unique exchange of not only beautiful hats and ties, but also Derby plans made and yet to be made.
