Cocktails At The Cottage On Green Hill
Fran Jasper hosted a beautiful evening party at the Cottage on Green Hill on Oct. 5. Guests enjoyed cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and valet parking at the gorgeous residence.
Ms. Jasper is the owner of Frances Lee Jasper Oriental Rugs, which has been offering the finest quality oriental rugs and service since 1980.
