2012 NCAA Division I Volleyball Championship
The Texas Longhorns swept Oregon 3-0 (25-11, 26-24, 25-19) to claim the Division I Women’s Championship trophy at the KFC Yum! Center on Dec. 15.
Louisville hosted the Final Four of the tournament Dec. 13 and 15 at the downtown arena. A crowd of 16,448, the second-highest attendance for a championship match, watched as the Longhorns achieved the Division I title. Texas junior outside hitter Bailey Webster was voted Most Outstanding Player.
