The Hog & The Barrel Dinner

Proof on Main held its second annual The Hog & The Barrel Dinner on Dec. 2.

The dinner, which was prepared by,  James Beard award-winning Charleston chefs Mike Lata and Sean Brock, celebrated the whole hog. It featured Van Winkle Bourbon to match each course.

Prior to the dinner guests gathered for cocktails and appetizers at the Museum Plaza Sales Center.
