Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana
Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana held its annual awards dinner on Feb. 23 at the Kentucky International Convention Center. J. A. celebrated the addition of three individuals to the 93 Laureates previously inducted in the Business Hall of Fame.

- Mike Mountjoy of the CPA firm of Mountjoy Chilton & Medley, Mac Brown, vice-president of Brown Forman, and Bill Ballard, retired Humana executive.
- Sharon and Henry Potter, architect and developer.
- Roy and Jane Hunt, owners of Hunt Tractor Inc. Roy was inducted into the J. A. Business Hall of Fame in 1996.

- The late C. Edwin Gheens was inducted into the Business Hall of Fame. Gheens, who died in 1961 and his wife, who died in 1982, established the Gheens Foundation making grants of $1.3 million during their lifetimes. The award was accepted by Carl Thomas, head of the Gheens Foundation.
- Norman Pfau, Jr., CEO of Geo. Pfau’s Sons Co., who received a Hall of Fame Award, and Mayor Greg Fischer.
- Todd Spencer, chairman of the Kentuckiana Business Hall of Fame.
- William M. Street, retired president of Brown-Forman Corp., received a Hall of Fame Award presented by Mayor Greg Fischer.
- Mayor Greg Fischer presented the Community Impact Awards to Eileen Moore, general manager of Horseshoe Casino, Steve Gilleland, executive director of Horseshoe Foundation of Harrison County, and Jerry Finn, executive director of Horseshoe Foundation of Floyd County.
- William M. Street, retired president of Brown-Forman Corp., received a Hall of Fame Award presented by Mayor Greg Fischer.
