Third Annual Cave Hill Cemetery Photo Contest

The Cave Hill Heritage Foundation is pleased to announce its third annual photography contest called, The Views of Cave Hill Cemetery. The contest is FREE to enter.

The contest begins on February 17, 2012, and ends on September 28, 2012. It is a perfect opportunity for the community to become engaged in photographically recording of the beauty and splendor of the cemetery. As with last year’s contest, winning photographs will be featured in a calendar produced by the Cave Hill Heritage Foundation, which will be sold at the cemetery’s main office and local area businesses.

Each of the twelve winners will receive prizes consisting of gift certificates to local businesses and free admission to local area attractions. The calendar and contest was met with great popularity in 2011.

The contest is open to all ages, and is FREE to enter. Photographs must feature the natural setting of Cave Hill Cemetery, and will be judged on the following: Creativity, Photographic quality, and the Effectiveness in conveying the beauty and/or unique character of Cave Hill Cemetery.
