Junior Achievement Kentuckiana Business Hall of Fame Awards Dinner
Junior Achievement has inducted 94 Laureates since 1982. With the new addition of four outstanding business leaders – the late Leonard E. Lyles, corporate executive and developer; John R. Guthrie, founder of Guthrie/Mayes Public Relations; Mary Moseley, president and CEO of The Al J. Schneider Co.; and Max L. Shapira, president of Heaven Hill Distilleries, Inc. – the organization will have 100 Laureate portraits in the permanent Hall of Fame display at the Kentucky International Convention Center. There will be a Kentuckiana Business Hall of Fame Awards Dinner to benefit Junior Achievement, Feb. 28 at the Cascade Ballroom inside the Kentucky International Convention Center, 221 S. Fourth St. A reception will begin at 6 p.m. and the awards dinner will follow at 7. The honorary chair for the evening will be James R. Allen, CEO of Hilliard Lyons. Tables are available for $1,950 and seat 10 guests. Individual seats are $195. Every table purchased will sponsor 65 additional students’ participation in JA’s economic education programs.
