Party like it’s 1944 at the fourth annual Frazier Canteen, a USO-style dinner and dance held Feb. 16, from 7 to 10 p.m., at the Frazier History Museum, 829 W. Main St. Put on your Boogie Woogie stompers, spiffiest World War II-era threads and celebrate Valentine’s weekend dancing cheek-to-cheek with your sweetie. The 17-piece Don Krekel Orchestra and the Ladies for Liberty singing troupe will keep the crowd entertained. Enjoy a delicious buffet dinner featuring popular dishes from the 1940s and the ever-popular Donut Bar. Tickets are $50 per person; member and active military/veteran tickets are $45 per person.
