Culinary Federation Conference
Professional chefs and culinary students will step out of their kitchens and onto the competition floor, March 1 through 4 at the American Culinary Federation 2013 Southeast Regional Conference. The conference will take place at the Louisville Marriot Downtown, 280 W. Jefferson St. Hundreds of chefs, foodservice professionals and students will attend this year’s culinary conference.
