Allie Rose Mascaro and Andrew Miguel Wood were married on Saturday, Oct. 6, in the evening at the Henry Clay. Allie is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Joseph Mascaro and Andrew is the son of Cindy Wood and Rodrick Wood.
The maid of honor was the bride’s sister, Pammie Mascaro, and the bridesmaids were Jennifer Theuerkauf, Kristen Chandler, Meghan Mortenson, Jill Joseph and Cecilia Ferguson Bell. The groomsmen were Gammon Wood, Russell Wood, Matt Koester, Turner Wathen, Lawrence Middleton and Alex Brayton. The ushers were William White, Justin Cecil and Joseph Mascaro.
The grandmother of the groom, Jo Ann Gammon, was escorted down the candlelit aisle by her great-grandson, Jackson Wood.
Following the wedding the guests gathered for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the grand gallery before proceeding into the Ballroom for dinner and dancing into the night.
The officiant was Robert Pitman from The Sanctuary.
Kathryn Suzanne Hogan, daughter of Kathy and John Hogan, and Matthew Louis Gandolfo, son of Mary Jean and Joseph Gandolfo, were married on Oct. 20 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Troy, Ohio, by Father Wayne Jenkins.
The maid of honor was Lauryn Bayliff and Ashton Gordon was the matron of honor. The bridesmaids were Jeanna Phillips, Taylor Pfahl, Lindsay Baylift, Leighann Johnson, Megan Spalding, Shanon Kineer, Coleen Watson and Anne Hale.
The best man was Mike Gandolfo. Groomsmen were Bryan McCrea, Jeff Tillet, Lee Weyland, Adam Shircliff, Michael Swindall, Andrew Klawier, Beau Beckman, Clark King and Patrick Mc Mahon. Ushers were Chris Payne, Chris Wiedmar, Daniel Kauffmann, Dean Wilkinson, Ryan Jones and Todd Blanton, and the flower girls were Addison Phillips, Grace Miller and Nia Gandolfo.
The ring bearer and program attendant were Rocco Gandolfo and Katey Weyland, respectively.
Readings were by Melissa Pfald and Chrissy Gandolfo. The prayers of the faithful were by Brian Phillips. Jacob Pfals, Campbell Weyland and Graham Weyland did the Presentation of the Gifts.
The grandmothers of the bride and groom, Virginia Hagan and Jean M. Weyland, were present.
WOMAN’S CLUB EVENT
The Woman’s Club of Louisville is having a Holiday Extravaganza! The Extravaganza will take the place of the long-running Holiday Bazaar. The theme is “A visit back to the Victorian era.”
This year the club is working with The Salvation Army’s Culinary Training Program and has enlisted the assistance of two great chefs in Louisville to act as mentors. Chef Agostino Gabriele from Vincenzo’s and Chef Geoffrey Heyde from the Village Anchor will offer guidance to the training chefs.
Also involved in this amazing event are eight upscale vendors selling services and goods during the evening. Tickets are $50 each/$60 at the door. The date is Wednesday, Nov. 7, at The Woman’s Club at 1320 S. Fourth St. There will be a wine and cheese reception from 5 to 6 p.m. and food tasting from 6 to 9.
