Herradura Ginger and Spice
1 1/2 oz. Herradura Reposado 1 oz. lime juice 1/2 oz. Herradura Agave Nectar 4 oz. ginger ale 2 jalapeno peppers Muddle jalapenos in shaker and add all other ingredients. Roll to mix. Fill Collins glass with ice – strain mixture into glass. Garnish with a jalapeno.
Guadalajara Sunrise
1 oz. Korbel Brut or Extra Dry Champagne 1 1/2 oz. Herradura Silver Tequila 1/2 oz. DeKuyper triple sec 1 oz. orange juice 1 oz. lime sour mix* In a shaker with ice, mix all ingredients except champagne. Shake, strain into a martini glass and top with champagne. Finlandia Caprioska
2 oz. Finlandia Classic or Lime 1 oz. simple syrup 4 lime wedges Muddle the lime and sugar syrup, add crushed ice and Finlandia in a large rocks glass and stir. Top up with more crushed ice
Woodford French Manhattan
2 oz. Woodford Reserve 1 oz. Chambord Dash of bitters Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or cherry.
