Pancakes and Talk Radio

My favorite thing of the week? Making breakfast for one and listening to The Splendid Table on NPR.

There’s something surreal about listening to people discuss food while making pancakes on a beautiful Sunday morning.

What can I say? I’m a simple man that enjoys fluffy pancakes and listening to people discuss the origins of Sriracha Hot Sauce.
