Martin, who was recruited by 21st Century Parks in 2010, has 14 years of public parks experience, most recently as operations director of the parks and recreational waterway system of Franklin County, Va.
Celebrating a ‘Derby baby’
It was Derby Day 13 years ago when Brette Baughman, daughter of Amy Baughman, was born. Amy distinctly remembers Real Quiet winning the Derby that day, May 2, 1998, and Brette has always been known as a “Derby baby.”
