I read, I write, I watch stuff and most importantly I design and photograph for the Voice-Tribune full time. When I'm not doing those things then I'm probably eating something delicious or playing with my two cats. I live in Germantown and try to enjoy every day to the fullest.
His name is Hannibal Buress and before you ask, no he wasn’t named after the star of the 1981 novel “Red Dragon,” later brought to life on screen by Anthony Hopkins in ’91’s “The Silence of the Lambs” – but instead the third century B.C. Carthaginian military commander Hannibal Barca who famously marched his legions (including elephants) over the Alps.
You might have caught a glimpse of Jimmy Pardo performing stand-up on shows like “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” or “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson” or maybe “Conan,” where he currently warms up the crowd and has also filled in for O’Brien’s partner, Andy Richter on occasion.
The 2014 Wizard World Louisville Comic Con was hosted at the Kentucky International Convention Center from March 28-30. Thousands of fans traveled from all over the country to meet & greet with their favorite entertainment and pop-culture icons and shop through hundreds of vendors.
